The Intercept has written an article on Nov 21, 2023. This article claims that Research and Analysis Wing, or RAW has been planning assassinations targeting Sikh and Kashmiri activists living in foreign countries.
In this article by Ryan Grim, Murtaza Hussain and Arif Raffiq attempted to push their fake narrative that Indian RAW is behind the killing of pro Khalistani supporter Hardeep Nijjar. They further falsely claim that Indians have the freedom to come into Pakistan and harm anyone.

It may not be a mere coincidence that on the same day India reopen visa services to Canada, Financial times and The Intercept choose to cite “unnamed sources”, Pakistani intelligence and the FBI to come up with more unsubstantiated “credible allegations” that RAW is involved in recent attack in Canada and USA soils.

The Intercept
The Intercept is funded by Pierre Omidyar group which run anti-India propaganda. It was launched in February 2014. The project was started by First Look Media which is an American nonprofit media organization founded by Pierre Omidyar in October 2013 as a venue for "original, independent journalism".
